Experienced Kitchen​/Cabinetry Designer and Sales

Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Kitchen / Cabinetry Designer and Sales role based in Winston-Salem, NC. The role involves meeting with clients to understand their needs, preferences, and budgets, and translating these into detailed kitchen, bath, and cabinetry designs. Responsibilities include creating design layouts, selecting materials and finishes, preparing quotes, and presenting proposals to clients. The position also involves managing sales from initial consultation through project completion, coordinating with installers and vendors as needed, and maintaining accurate records in the company’s systems.

Regular tasks include follow-up communication with clients, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction, and supporting showroom operations.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with clients and team members.
• Proficient with 20/20.Pro Kitchen, or similar design programs
• Attention to detail, spatial planning ability, and a focus on both function and aesthetics.
• Ability to work on-site full-time in Winston-Salem, NC and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Sales aptitude, including the ability to present design solutions, prepare estimates, and close deals.
• Relevant education or certifications in design, architecture, or a similar discipline are beneficial.
