As a Field Marketing Representative, you will be the face of Reece Builders in target neighborhoods across the Piedmont Triad. Your job is simple: engage homeowners in friendly, face-to-face conversations, spark interest in their home's exterior or bathroom needs, and set up free, no-obligation consultations for our senior sales team.

• Execute Neighborhood Outreach: Conduct direct door-to-door canvassing in selected, high-converting neighborhoods across the Triad.
• Spark Interest & Build Rapport: Engage homeowners in upbeat, natural conversations about their exterior (windows, siding, roofing) and wet-space bathroom needs.
• Set Qualified Appointments: Book confirmed follow-up consultations for our In-Home Design Consultants to run.
• Collaborate & Win: Coordinate daily territory coverage with your team, participate in daily kickoff huddles, and push each other toward team bonus tiers.
• Manage Territory Efficiently: Maximize your time on the ground to ensure every assigned street is systematically covered.
