, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Manufacturing & Industrial, and more. As an Unarmed Patrol Officer with Allied Universal, you will support a manufacturing and industrial location by conducting routine patrols, maintaining a visible presence to help deter incidents, monitoring assigned areas, and delivering professional customer service. You will communicate clearly with team members and site personnel while contributing to a caring, agile, reliable, and innovative culture built on teamwork and integrity.

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and/or vendors while carrying out site-specific security-related procedures and policies.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of manufacturing areas, office spaces, parking areas, and the facility perimeter, reporting unusual conditions or hazards.
• Monitor access points and assist with visitor and contractor entry procedures in accordance with established site requirements.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following emergency response protocols.
• Document patrol activities, incidents, and security-related observations accurately and communicate relevant information to site leadership and/or Allied Universal supervision.

Minimum Requirements:

• Possess supervisory experience.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Ability to lift more than 20 pounds is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
