Responsibilities & Duties- Servicing products and equipment on assigned accounts to ensure customer satisfaction
- Performing timely preventative maintenance, site surveys, replacement, and modifications as requested by customers
- Repairing, overhauling, and starting up commercial HVAC systems
- Using a variety of hand tools while following blueprints, wiring diagrams, piping schemes, or engineering specifications to diagnose and repair units
- Documenting work by completing daily paperwork and closing out jobs in a timely manner
- Determining parts to order for repairs and ensuring timely delivery
- Preparing for on‑site installation and repairs by examining building layout, anticipating difficulties, gathering materials, and coordinating on‑site work as needed
- Providing technical support and acting as a resource for customers
- Being knowledgeable with Brady products and services and effective in selling those products and services
- Inspecting, maintaining, and completing necessary repairs for all company‑provided materials, including fleet vehicles, tools, and equipment
- Maintaining service uniform wear such as hats, shirts, pants, and shoes in compliance with the company dress code
- Ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local laws, regulations, and recommended best practices
- Collaborating with all associates to uphold the company’s mission and values
- Associate’s degree, certificate, or military training in Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning from an accredited institution
- 2+ years of commercial HVAC experience
- Proficiency with computer devices (including laptops, tablets, and smartphones) and working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Adobe Acrobat, and Apple iOS software
- Proficiency with applicable maintenance tools and operational renderings
- Universal EPA certification
- Ability to pass a drug screening
- Ability to prove U.S. employment eligibility
- Must possess a valid driver’s license

Monday through Friday, with periodic on-call duty, overtime and weekends as required, and some travel as needed.
Physical Demands & Environmental Exposure- Material handling demands include lifting from floor level to overhead
- Ability to lift and carry or otherwise move up to 25 pounds constantly
- Ability to lift and carry or otherwise move up to 50 pounds frequently
- Ability to lift and carry or otherwise move up to 90 pounds occasionally
- Position classified as Heavy Physical Demand (PDC)
- Regularly required to stand, walk, bend, stoop, crouch, kneel, balance, and climb with occasional sitting and lying
- Regularly required to use hands to operate objects, tools, or controls, and reach with hands and arms
- Must be able to talk and hear in a loud environment
- Vision abilities required: close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus
- Regularly exposed to mechanical/equipment rooms
- Occasionally exposed to outside weather conditions, sometimes extreme
- Occasionally exposed to moving mechanical parts; high and precarious places; fumes or airborne particles; toxic or caustic chemicals; risk of electrical shock; vibration
