W‑2 or 1099 with proper insurance and tools. Custom Closet Installer based in Winston‑Salem, NC. The Custom Closet Installer will be responsible for measuring, assembling, and installing custom closet systems as per design specifications. Daily tasks include preparing materials, reading and interpreting design plans, ensuring accurate installations, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment. The role also involves effective communication with clients and team members to ensure high‑quality service delivery.

• Proficiency using tools and equipment for carpentry, cabinet, or closet system installation
• Ability to read and interpret design plans and technical drawings
• Strong problem‑solving skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for client and team interactions
• Physical ability to work in varied environments, including lifting and carrying materials
• Relevant construction, carpentry, or installation experience; experience in custom closets is a plus
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
