Responsibilities

• Install, repair, and maintain HVAC systems.
• Conduct diagnostic testing to identify and troubleshoot issues.
• Coordinate with account managers, project managers, and dispatchers to ensure timely job completion.
• Maintain inventory of supplies and equipment.
• Monitor and report project progress, including photos and notes on our portal.
• Provide excellent customer service to tenants and clients.

Requirements

• W9 completed and submitted.
• General liability COI on file.
• Valid EPA certification for new refrigerants.
• Strong communication skills and professionalism.
• Own truck, van, or SUV capable of hauling equipment.
• Own tools and the ability to work independently.
• At least 5+ years of HVAC experience (preferred).
• Able to lift heavy tools and equipment.
• Valid driver’s license with dependable transportation.
• Proficient navigating the online portal.
