* On-site leadership of Residential Care Specialists and support staff.
* Liaison between clinical and direct-care teams.
* Implementation of individualized service plans.
* Monitoring routines.
* Crisis backup.
* Service-planning meetings.
* Documentation quality.
* Scheduling and shift coverage.### What you’ll need Requires a bachelor’s degree and at least 2 years of experience in behavioral health.

For direct-care roles: age 21+, reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license, flexible availability, background screening and drug screening. CPR/First Aid and NCI+ training are provided on hire if not already held.
