Ninja Instructors at Salem Gymnastics & Swim are responsible for conducting Ninja workouts for athletes of different ages, abilities, and skill levels.

• Represent the mission and values of Salem Gymnastics & Swim.
• Work primarily with the Ninja director and possibly coach other classes on an as-needed basis.
• Collaborate with recreational gymnastics coaches to ensure productive, effective, and structured workouts.
• Organize and instruct individual athletes and small groups in gymnastics & ninja equipment safety.
• Utilize proper spotting techniques as necessary with athletes.
• Smile and have fun during the entire shift, ensuring every athlete receives the same enthusiasm.
• Educate and enforce safety rules, striving to prevent accidents and maintain discipline.
• Act as a brand ambassador at community events and competitive meets, representing Salem Gymnastics & Swim positively and professionally.
• Assist in maintaining a clean and safe environment for clients, staff, and the public.
• Perform cleaning tasks on the gym floor and its surrounding areas as needed or assigned.
• Attend meetings and training sessions as scheduled.
• Perform additional duties as necessary, given by the ninja director or company leadership.

• Extensive training will be provided.

• Use appropriate communication skills with athletes and parents.
• Able to handle a rigorous schedule, including lifting, loading, and moving equipment up to 40 lbs.
• Must pass a background check and keep certifications current (USA Gymnastics, CPR).
• Dependable motor vehicle transportation is required.
