We are a fast‑growing leader in food distribution, known for delivering quality products with precision and care. As our operations expand, we’re seeking a tech‑savvy, bilingual Dispatcher to support the heart of our logistics. This role is critical to our daily success—coordinating people, routes, and data with accuracy, speed, and professionalism.

• Plan, dispatch, and monitor daily delivery routes for our fleet
• Communicate effectively with drivers, warehouse staff, sales representatives, and customers—both in English and Spanish
• Track driver logs and ensure GPS data is maintained through Geo Tab
• Manage and maintain dispatch records, call logs, and product return reports
• Track inbound and outbound pallets and report discrepancies
• Maintain accurate routing and customer data using spreadsheets and software tools
• Provide real‑time support to drivers and solve on‑the‑road issues as they arise
• Ensure timely, professional service delivery in a fast‑paced environment

• Fluent in English and Spanish (spoken and written) — required
• Comfortable with computers and software tools, especially Microsoft Excel and Outlook
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Able to stay calm, focused, and organized under pressure
• Familiarity with Geo Tab or similar fleet tracking systems (preferred)
• Willing and able to work flexible shifts, including early mornings, evenings, and weekends as needed
• Excellent problem‑solving and communication skills

This position operates on a rotating shift schedule, alternating weekly between morning and evening shifts to ensure full coverage of our logistics operations. An additional remote Sunday shift (3:30 PM – 8:30 PM) will be required every other week to support end‑of‑week reporting and route preparation. Flexibility and reliability are essential.
