Customer Support Specialist – Winter Haven, FL
Professional Office Services, Inc. is seeking a Customer Support Specialist to join our Winter Haven, FL team. The position is full‑time Monday through Friday 8:00 am–4:30 pm (Eastern Time).
Starting hourly rate $18.00 to $20.50 per hour, commensurate with experience, and an opportunity to earn two salary increases during the first year.
Job Duties- Effectively communicate with customers and sales reps to build productive relationships.
- Assist sales reps in keeping customers informed of products and promotions available.
- Act as the link between customers and the organization in the absence of the sales rep.
- Provide best‑in‑class sales support and customer service.
- Provide assistance with product pricing, quoting, and ordering.
- Excellent interpersonal skills (verbal, written, and over the phone).
- Thorough knowledge of the features, benefits, and uses of all POS products.
- Highly self‑motivated team player.
- Knowledge of applicable computer systems such as Microsoft Office Suite, ERP, and Salesforce.
