Bay Care Medical Group is a physician-led medical group seeking an experienced or new graduate board certified/board eligible Obstetric Gynecologist to join our established practice located at Bay Care Gessler Clinic in Winter Haven, Florida. This opportunity is open to both new graduates and experienced physicians, offering a collaborative and supportive environment.

Our established practice consists of

• Active patient base is already established.
• Strong referral sources from Bay Care Primary Care Physicians and Specialists
• Excellent physician and administrative leadership support & Collaboration with other Bay Care Medical Group colleagues
• Experienced candidates or new graduates are welcome to apply!
• Shared call with community OB/GYN providers

Call Schedule

The call coverage is optional. Night call, weekend call, and holiday call is covered by the OB Hospitalists.

• Board Certified or Board Eligible through American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology
• Active Florida medical license, or the ability to obtain prior to start.
