The Position

Our client is seeking a skilled General Ophthalmologist to join their growing team. This is an outstanding opportunity for a motivated provider looking for long-term stability, strong earning potential, and ownership opportunities.

Compensation & Benefits
  • $300,000 – $375,000 base salary (depending on experience)

Requirements
  • MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school
  • Completion of an ACGME-accredited Ophthalmology residency program
  • Board Certified or Board Eligible in Ophthalmology
  • Active or eligible Michigan medical license
  • Excellent communication and patient relationship skills
Responsibilities
  • Provide comprehensive ophthalmic evaluations and treatment
  • Perform medical and surgical management of ocular conditions
  • Conduct cataract and minor anterior segment surgeries
  • Collaborate with optometrists and clinical staff to ensure optimal patient outcomes
  • Educate patients on eye health, disease prevention, and treatment options
  • Maintain accurate and timely medical records
  • Participate in practice growth initiatives and community engagement activities
