Compensation & Benefits:
- Base Salary - $350,000 Annually
- Bonus of 28% of Annual Personal Professional Net Collections over 3.0 X Base Salary
- 20 Days Paid Time Off (plus 6 paid holidays)

- OD First Call, No Hospital Call
- Services Include:
Cornea, LASIK, Cataract Surgery, Glaucoma Management and Surgery, Medical Retina, Eye Lid Surgery, Optometry, Dry Eye, and Optical - Currently Expanding Locations and Physicians Throughout Mid-Florida
- 3 Physician Owners, with Partnership Track for New Ophthalmologist Based on Existing Formula as Well as Personal Production, Time, and Owner’s Discretion
