Job Summary:

Central Florida Health Care, Inc. (CFHC) is a non-profit 501(c)3 Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) providing comprehensive health care programs in the tri-county area of Hardee, Highlands, and Polk Counties. We are seeking a Gastroenterologist to provide out-patient comprehensive medical services.

Responsibilities:

Provide preventive and health maintenance services, acute and chronic care, clinical evaluation, diagnosis, and consultation services to CFHC clinical staff and outside providers. Refer patients to hospitalist at local hospital and monitor care upon discharge.

Qualifications:

• Residency trained Physician
• Board Eligible / Certified in Gastroenterology
• DEA Certificate
• Insurability (malpractice)
• Medical staff privileges at appropriate hospital if designated by CFHC
• BLS certification
• EMR experience
