What you'll do:

• Ownsiteimplementationandlaunch:Leadon-siteengineeringexecutionforautomatedwarehousedeliveryandoperationalreadiness.
• Manage scope,schedule,budget,and quality:Track milestones,risks,andexecutionstandards.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams:Partner with Operations,construction,Global Tech,vendors,contractors,andstakeholderstoresolveissues.
• Interprettechnicaldocumentation:Review drawings,layouts,specifications,andengineeringdocuments.
• Supportautomationsystems:Buildexpertiseinautomation,warehouse,andbuildingsystems.
• Driveexecutionexcellence:Identify risks,solve problems,maintain accountability,andensurequality.
• Communicate effectively:Provideupdatesandmaintainalignmentthroughoutimplementationandlaunch.

What you'll bring:

• Experienceinengineering,technicalprojectmanagement,automation,industrial,operations,orrelatedenvironments.
• Strongprojectplanning,coordination,andexecutionskills,withtheabilitytomanagescope,timelines,budgets,and quality.
• Highly organized,detail-oriented,andeffectiveatmanagingmultiplepriorities.
• Strong collaboration,communication,problem-solving,and relationship-building skills.
• Abilitytointerpretengineeringdrawingsandtechnicaldocumentation.
