Compensation: $16.00‑$18.00 per hour

When patients enter our outpatient physical therapy center in Winter Haven, we want them to have an exceptional experience – starting at the front desk. As a patient service specialist, you’ll manage both the patient side and the business side of our center, setting the tone for every patient’s care experience.

• Greet and register patients, providing information about their visit and next appointment as they check out
• Schedule appointments in person and via phone
• Communicate regularly with attorneys, insurance companies, translation services, market operational leaders, and the business development team
• Collect co‑pays, manage payer approvals, and conduct insurance authorizations and verifications

• High School Diploma or GED
• Healthcare experience
• Preferred:
  One year of medical office experience
