Behavioral Health Therapist

Bay Care Health Systems is currently seeking a Behavioral Health Therapist to join our compassionate team in Winter Haven. This role is part of our behavioral health therapist pool and is scheduled for 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM on weekends only.

• Meeting with patients to complete psychosocial assessments, treatment plans, and conduct individual, group, and family therapy as appropriate.
• Conducting case management activities, discharge planning, and maintaining accurate documentation.
• Providing therapeutic and educational interventions and remaining knowledgeable about community resources.
• Performing other duties as assigned.
• This role requires a Master’s degree in Clinical Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or another related field.

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, or a related field.
• 2 years of clinical experience or a 9‑month internship in a clinical setting.
• 1 year of relevant experience with a Master’s degree.
• BLS (Basic Life Support) certification.
• Valid driver’s license.
• License: LMFT, LMHC, or LCSW – or equivalent.

• Master’s in Social Work, Psychology, or a related field.
