• Patient Monitoring and Care – Take and record patients’ vital signs, height, and weight.
• Perform blood draws, assist with PPD tests, and conduct EKGs as required.
• Measure and document fluid intake and output.
• Treatment Assistance – Support patient treatments, including dressing changes, decubitus ulcer care, and tracheostomy care.
• Assist in scheduling patient appointments to ensure continuity of care.
• Safety and Compliance – Follow Yes Care and facility safety and security policies, including participation in disaster drills. Adhere to regulations for handling keys, sharps, and controlled medications.

• Education:
  
  High school graduate or equivalent required.
• Certification:
  Must hold a valid CNA certification from a recognized professional organization in the state of hire.
• Strong critical thinking and organizational abilities.
• Decisive judgment and effective communication skills.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Work Environment – Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced and stressful environment, taking appropriate actions as needed.
• Screening Requirements – Background check, security clearance, and drug screening are mandatory.
