Job Title:
Human Resources Coordinator Job Order# LE
Location:
Winter Haven, FLPay: $21.00-$23.00/hour, depending on experience
Hours:
30-32 hours a week, Monday-Friday Duration:
Temporary Assignment
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including new hires, promotions, transfers, and terminations, within the HRIS.
- Respond to routine HR-related inquiries from employees, applicants, and managers, escalating complex issues.
- Partner with the RPO to facilitate the candidate pre-boarding process and upload and manage new hire documentation.
- Process unemployment claims and employment verifications in a timely and accurate manner.
- Ensure employee communication boards are current and informative.
- Support HR Business Partner with audits, reporting, and compliance documentation.
- Assist in planning and executing employee events, such as open enrollment, recognition programs, and company-wide meetings.
