Ethics, belief in life‑long learning and a team spirit are key. You will work in a spacious, Class‑A Office Suite on Central Park in Winter Haven. Must have high school or higher degree, excellent computer skills, be comfortable on the phone and in person with vendors plus clients and have knowledge of basic bookkeeping. Must have MINIMUM 3 YEARS OFFICE EXPERIENCE
; prefer legal experience.
Must have 3+ YEARS BOOKKEEPING EXPERIENCE

- Work one‑on‑one with clients, gathering necessary documents and information.
- Draft the first copy of legal documents for editing by Lawyer.
- Organize all legal documents in a confidential way.
- Attend client signing meetings.
- Time Entry and Billing (PC Law program knowledge is a plus, but not required).
- Handle Accounts Payable – checks, electronic payments, posting to accounting software.
- Handle Accounts Receivable – process, deposit, reconcile and post to accounting software.
- Balance Bank Statements.
- Learn to handle Law Firm Trust Accounts (prior knowledge is a plus, but not required).
- Check monthly credit card statement, allocate/post to accounting software and pay.
STATUS:
Full Time. May be partially remote.
PAY: $15-30/Hour, depending on experience. Full time/salaried position. 37.5 hours a week. PTO. Paid Holidays. Life Insurance as benefit.
