Industrialization Engineer – Wind Energy (M/F Portugal). A 6‑month contract with excellent long‑term prospects. Upon successful completion of the project you will be relocated or assigned to another project with a hybrid work model in Portugal.

• Lead the industrialization process for a new wind turbine manufacturing plant, focusing on blade production processes from molding to finishing.
• Develop efficient production workflows and optimize tooling requirements to enhance manufacturing efficiency.
• Identify and resolve bottlenecks in the production process to improve efficiency and quality.
• Implement measurement systems and quality control processes to ensure adherence to specifications.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure seamless integration of manufacturing processes.

• Engineering degree with 5+ years of experience in manufacturing/industrial engineering.
• 2‑3 years of specific experience in blade manufacturing processes and composite materials.
• Demonstrated knowledge of composite blade manufacturing tools and proficiency with tooling design software.
• Hands‑on experience with measurement tools, assembly line equipment, and ERP/MES systems.
• Strong problem‑solving abilities and analytical skills to optimize manufacturing processes.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills to coordinate with diverse teams.
• Fluency in English required;
  French language skills are a plus.
