Job Description Blender - Winter Haven, FL

This is a full-time, hourly position.

Blending, filtering, washing and packaging of final and intermediary products for sale and internal consumption.

Follow instructions on provided Work Orders, blend tickets and wash tickets. Weighing of ingredients, sampling products. Handling of liquid and dry ingredients. Liquid pump operation and liquid packaging into various container sizes from 1oz. to 55-gallon drums to 6500 gallon tankers. Minor GC analysis for certain washes, Inventory management via paper transfer forms for creation, consumption, and movement of all handled products.

Communication with the Formulations team and management. Forklift Operation.

• Ability to lift 50+ lbs on a regular basis, able to bend, stoop, stretch, reach and duck. Moderate periods of standing.

• Direct-Hourly- 7 days on/off 12 hour shifts

• GED-HS Diploma Req.
• Simple Mathematics understanding Req. (Addition/Subtraction/Multiplication/Division)
• 1+ year experience in liquid and dry ingredients blending/mixing.

Base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Hourly and salaried non-exempt employees will also be paid overtime pay when working qualifying overtime hours.
