• Be a Production Hero:
  Efficiently and safely move lumber and materials across our facility, ensuring saws are continuously supplied and delays are prevented.
• Master Material Handling:
  Operate a forklift with precision, adhering strictly to all safety standards and performing daily operator maintenance to keep equipment in top shape.
• Manage Inventory:
  Take ownership of lumber rotation and inventory management, ensuring accuracy and organization within the yard/warehouse.
• Share Your Expertise:
  Help train future team members, sharing best practices and contributing to a strong team environment.

• Safety First Mentality:
  Must hold a valid 84 Components Fork Truck License.
• Physically Capable:
  Able to lift up to 50 pounds comfortably and capable of standing or sitting for extended periods as the job demands.
• Clear Communicator:
  Possesses the ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in your primary language.
• Numerically Literate:
  Basic math skills are required for accurate inventory and material handling.
• A Team Player:
  Thrives in a collaborative environment and takes pride in supporting your colleagues.

• Supply saws promptly with lumber in order to prevent saw delays.
• Perform daily operator maintenance.
• Rotate and maintain lumber inventory.
• Train future Pickers.

• Able to read and write their primary language.
• Able to stand or sit for long periods of time.
• Able to lift 50 pounds.
• Basic math skills.
• 84 Components Fork Truck License.
