** Where You’ll Make a Difference
*** Operate transfer pumps, filtration equipment, and blend tanks.
* Document and label materials accurately.
* Maintain a safe and sanitary work area, ensuring equipment is clean and in good working order.
* Adhere to Good Manufacturing Practices and housekeeping standards.
* Support additional duties as assigned.
** What Makes You the Right Fit
*** High School Diploma or GED
** required**.
* Basic math skills essential.
* Mechanical aptitude and ability to operate equipment.
* Computer literacy and basic Microsoft Office knowledge.
* Strong communication and teamwork skills.
* Ability to lift to 50 lbs. and stand/walk for up to 9 hours per shift.
* Comfortable climbing ladders and working at heights up to 30 feet.
* Pre-employment drug screen and background check required.
* 2–3 years of experience in a manufacturing or chemical plant.
* 1–2 years operating moving equipment (forklifts, tote/tank wagons).
* Experience in a fast-paced environment with continuous improvement culture.
