Position DescriptionWe are currently seeking a RN - Charge Nurse to join our outstanding and compassionate Cardiac Surgical unit at Winter Haven Hospital. Winter Haven has an outstanding reputation for superior, patient-centered care. Responsibilities- Proficient care of patients using effective managerial skills.
- Professional role model for nursing team; develop self and team members; share organizational information.
- Preceptor and charge nurse duties across shifts.
- Registered Nurse license.
- BLS certification.
- Minimum 2 years RN acute care experience.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing.
- 1 year leadership experience.
- Nurse specialty certification.
- Health, Dental, Vision.
