Position:
Registered Nurse (RN) in the Medical/Surgical Post Surgical team at Winter Haven Hospital.

Description:

RN

• Collaborates and communicates with inter‑disciplinary care providers in developing and assisting in plan of care.
• Organizes, prioritizes and updates plan of care in collaboration with patient, family, and significant others in a medical/surgical unit.
• Identifies patients at risk for injury regarding diagnosis, medication, procedure, age, etc., and prepares room environment.

• Registered Nurse license
• BLS certification
• 6 months RN acute care experience
• Associate’s Degree in Nursing
