Position

Description:

RN

• The registered nurse collaborates and communicates with inter-disciplinary care providers in developing and assisting in plan of care.
• Organizes and prioritizes and updates plan of care in collaboration with patient, family, and significant others in a medical/surgical unit.
• Identifies patients at risk for injury regarding diagnosis, medication, procedure, age, etc., and prepares room environment.

• Registered Nurse license
• BLS
• 6 months RN acute care experience
• Associates Degree in Nursing
