Bay Care Health Systems is currently seeking an experienced Behavioral Health RN to join our outstanding and compassionate team at Winter Haven Hospital’s Behavioral Health Center in Winter Haven, FL!

• Independently caring for a group of patients consistently using the nursing process and clinical standards.
• Delegating appropriate patient care activities to other members of the health care team.
• Professional accountability and development.
• The Clinical Nurse II performs the role of preceptor and charge nurse when assigned.

• BLS (Basic Life Support) - Required
• RN (Registered Nurse) - Required
• preferred:
  Nurse Specialty

• Associate's or Diploma in Nursing - Required
• Preferred:
  Bachelor’s in Nursing

• 2 years’ experience as a licensed RN and completion of all Clinical Nurse Requirements - Required
