As a Seasonal Ranch Trainer, you'll gain real world experience in professional animal care and learn the basics of behavior training. You’ll work closely with a passionate team that’s committed to first-class animal welfare and positive reinforcement practices.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Helping with daily care like cleaning, feeding, and enrichment
• Assisting with simple training behaviors (ex. stationing, shifting, and crating)
• Observing and reporting on animal behavior
• Pitching in to keep the work environment safe, clean, and well-organized

Who We’re Looking For:

• You have a high school diploma or GED
• Some hands on experience (internships or volunteering) in animal care is a big plus
• You’re a solid communicator, a team player, and eager to learn
• You’re reliable, positive, and able to work weekends and holidays

What You’ll Need Physically:

• Able to lift 50 lbs
• Comfortable being on your feet and moving around for most of the day
• OK working in a loud, fast-paced environment

The seasonal position is limited to a maximum of 39.5 hours per week and up to 120 days.
This position is a great way to get valuable experience in the field. While it’s temporary, lessons, connections, and hands on learning can last you a lifetime.
