Retail Sales Associate – Winter Haven – Cypress Gardens Blvd (Avg. $30/hour)

What you’ll do- Help customers continue their shopping journey across online, in‑store, or through Customer Care.
- Explore individual needs and provide hands‑on demonstrations of the latest technology.
- Side‑by‑side sell personalized solutions beyond a bare‑bones device & service plan.
- Guide customers through their purchasing experience with thoughtful questions, informative answers, and your expertise.
Approach service and sales needs with patience, honesty, and empathy.
- Use digital tools to showcase coverage & network performance.
- Explain plans & services that let customers live unlimited, stay connected, and reach further.
- Redefine wireless with device & account inspection, review & troubleshooting.
Complete training on in‑store experience, new skills & processes, system knowledge, and reference resources.
- Collaborate with employees across channels – store leaders, business, & customer service.
- Own the customer experience & resolve issues for a seamless, run‑around‑free environment.
- Identify and handoff small‑business leads.
- Build peer relationships and hold each other accountable for the company’s success.
- Enjoy a good time while delivering first‑class service.
- Strong desire to learn and master skills required of our customer advocates.
- Competitive drive & confidence to succeed in a fast‑paced sales environment.
- Willingness to work alongside peers & store leaders, sharing best practices.
- Ability to balance customer experience & performance goals.
- At least 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience (retail preferred).

- High‑school diploma or GED.
- Ability to stand for long periods.
- Can lift up to 25 lbs.
- Reliable transportation.
- Full‑time (40 hrs) or part‑time (20+ hrs) availability.
