Retail Associate - Inventory
Starting Wage: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour.
Part Time: varied flexible hours.
Join our team as an Inventory Specialist. This role focuses on counting, recording, and maintaining inventory accuracy. The position offers competitive pay with potential productivity-based wage increases up to $5.00, referral bonuses, and opportunities for career growth and health benefits.
Responsibilities- Count and record inventory with precision, ensuring accuracy.
- Follow a clear, consistent workflow and manage inventory locations.
- Stand, walk, and stand for extended periods, moving between locations.
- Meet daily performance goals and aim for productivity-based wage increases.

- Act as the face of the organization, supporting a safe and inclusive environment.
- Minimum age 18 years.
- Experience in retail, stock, customer service, cashier, or warehouse roles is preferred but not required.
- Ability to stand, walk, and stay active during shifts.
- Comfort learning handheld scanners or count tools.
- Strong focus, attention to detail, and reliable attendance.
- Positive, team-oriented attitude.
