Retail Inventory Associate – Driver, part‑time position in Winter Haven, FL. Pay starts at $15.00 – $17.00 per hour, with a productivity‑based wage increase up to $2.00 in the first six months, with a maximum increase of $5.00.
Responsibilities- Safely transport team members to and from inventory events in a timely manner.
- Adhere to traffic laws and WIS driver safety requirements, including vehicle inspections, maintenance, and daily cleaning.
- Count and record inventory with precision; accuracy matters.
- Follow a clear, consistent workflow; your playbook for success.
- Move between inventory locations, often walking, standing, or walking for extended periods.
- Meet daily performance goals and earn productivity‑based wage increases.

- Minimum of 21 years of age.
- Valid driver’s license within the state of residence for at least 36 consecutive months; minimum of three (3) years proven driving experience.
- Ability to stand, walk, and remain active during shifts; comfortable learning handheld scanners or count tools.
- Strong focus, attention to detail, and reliable attendance.
- Positive, team‑oriented attitude; willing to submit to pre‑employment investigative consumer report, pre‑employment screening, and MVR check in accordance with company standards.
- Familiarity with GPS devices and navigation to assigned locations.
- Availability to work flexible schedules with varying hours, including very early mornings and nights.
