Join Victra as a Sales Consultant at our Verizon Authorized Retailer.
Victra is Verizon’s largest premium retailer in the United States. As a Sales Consultant, you will deliver world‑class service, execute our sales process, share product knowledge, and connect guests to what matters most. You will be the face of Victra and enjoy uncapped earning potential and opportunities for advancement.
Responsibilities- Achieve and exceed monthly sales goals.
- Work alongside peers and store leaders, learning and sharing ideas while serving customers and providing resolutions to issues.
- Be a passionate guest advocate and bring authenticity to client interactions.
- Provide product benefits and solution recommendations through exceptional customer service.
- Create personal connections with guests to make technology simple.
- Foster a competitive drive and succeed in a fast‑paced sales environment.
- Assist with merchandising and operational functions.
- High school diploma or GED.
- One or more years of customer service, preferably in a retail or sales environment.
- Willingness to work evenings, weekends, holidays, November through December, and/or during peak vacation periods.
- Minimum age 18 years.
- Demonstrated experience communicating with customers to find solutions.
- Legally authorized to work in the United States.
- Ability to lift 10 pounds.
- Ability to stand for long periods of time.
All Sales Consultants must attend and complete a four‑day New Hire University (NHU) training program within two weeks of their official start date. Training may include overnight travel and will require online and computer‑based modules throughout employment.

Average annual salary ranges from $40,000 to $64,000, comprising a base hourly rate plus uncapped commission. Paid training and a guaranteed ramp‑up rate are provided during the first 60 days. Employees accrue paid time off at a minimum of 40 hours per year for the first year, increasing to 80 hours per year thereafter.
