We’re looking for enthusiastic individuals with a passion for sales and fitness to help us continue our expansion.

Position Overview:
As a Sales Representative at Stretch Zone, you will be at the forefront of driving new memberships and engaging with the community. This role is heavily focused on sales, requiring a goal-oriented individual who thrives in a performance-based environment. Strong communication and sales skills are a must, along with a passion for helping others improve their well-being.

Key Responsibilities:
- Membership Sales: Actively drive membership sales by converting leads into members, with a proven close rate of 60% or higher.
- Studio Marketing:
Participate in both traditional and creative marketing efforts, including social media campaigns and community outreach. Establish relationships with local businesses to promote Stretch Zone.
- Community Involvement:
Represent the studio at local events, Chamber of Commerce meetings, and other community engagements to drive brand awareness.
- Customer Experience: Ensure every client has a positive experience by maintaining an inviting studio atmosphere. Provide exceptional service to retain current members and attract new ones.
- Operational Support: Assist with day-to-day studio operations, including maintaining a clean facility, booking appointments, and providing front desk support.

Requirements:
- Previous sales experience, particularly in a quota-driven environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Enthusiastic, friendly, and motivated to help others
- Comfortable working in a health and wellness setting
- Knowledge of social media and community marketing is a plus
- Proficiency in basic computer skills, including familiarity with the Club Ready software
- Willing to participate in community events, occasionally on weekends
