What You’ll Do

• Perform residential electrical services including:
• Panel upgrades and replacements
• EV charger installations
• Surge protection
• Lighting, outlets, ceiling fans, and smart home devices
• Troubleshooting and circuit diagnostics
• Communicate with homeowners, presenting tailored solutions and building trust.
• Identify safety issues and provide code-compliant recommendations.
• Uphold our reputation through professional presentation, punctuality, and clean work.

What You Need to Bring

• 1+ years of residential electrical experience.
• Proficiency in
  panel swaps, service upgrades, EV charger installs
  , and general troubleshooting.
• Must be comfortable entering
  attics and crawlspaces.
• Own basic hand tools and testing equipment
  (we provide heavy-duty tools and safety gear).
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Fluent in English (Spanish a plus).

Compensation

Start at$22-26 / HR during onboarding
. After training, we transition to a pay-for-performance model where your earnings are tied directly to the revenue from your completed work. The more you accomplish and the better you serve customers, the higher your earnings. This system rewards motivated technicians at rates much higher than standard hourly pay.
