The Facilities Plumber plays a critical role in ensuring the functionality, safety, and reliability of all plumbing systems throughout LEGOLAND® Florida Resort. This position is responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of water supply lines, drainage systems, sanitary sewer systems, and related fixtures that support attractions, restaurants, restrooms, and administrative facilities. The Plumber works to maintain compliance with state and local plumbing codes, prevent system failures, and ensure that all guest‑facing and operational areas remain in top working condition.

Beyond day‑to‑day maintenance, the Facilities Plumber contributes to the resort’s broader operational success by supporting assigned projects, scheduled refurbishments, and emergency repairs. The role requires collaboration across departments including Rides, Food & Beverage, and Hotels to ensure minimal downtime and a positive guest experience. • Test and maintain backflow prevention assemblies and ensure documentation complies with local regulations.
  • Troubleshoot and repair plumbing‑related issues that impact attractions, restrooms, kitchens, and lodging areas.
  • Respond to emergency calls promptly to minimize downtime and guest impact.
  • Maintain accurate records of completed work orders, parts usage, and preventive maintenance schedules.

  • Receive, prioritize, and close out work orders in the resort’s CMMS.
  • Document parts used, labor hours, and task notes accurately for each assignment.
