As a Residential HVAC Technician, you'll spend your days serving homeowners throughout our service area while representing a company known for quality and integrity. You'll drive a company-provided vehicle to customer locations, where you'll install HVAC systems, perform inspections, troubleshoot concerns, complete repairs, conduct preventative maintenance, and ensure equipment operates efficiently. Along the way, you'll explain technical issues in clear terms, provide estimates, recommend upgrades when appropriate, and help customers make informed decisions about their comfort systems.

• 3+ years of residential HVAC experience
• EPA Certification (Type I and II or Universal)
• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems
• Knowledge of electrical wiring and refrigerant handling
• Mechanical ability to use hand tools, power tools, and specialized equipment
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Excellent customer service and communication abilities
• Ability to work in various weather conditions and confined spaces

• Experience with refrigeration systems
• Additional HVAC certifications or training
