Integrity Refrigeration and AC is hiring a full-time HVAC Installation Tech in Winter Haven, FL. Pay starts at $25 and can reach $37 per hour

You will work Monday through Friday, 8 am to 5 pm
, with overtime available. Each morning begins at our central location before heading to job sites around Central Florida. Overnight travel is rare but may happen.
Every day, you will start at our central office and then travel to different job sites with your team. You will install HVAC systems and ductwork, join pipes and assemble parts. You will work closely with others, solve problems, and face new challenges each day. Your work will help keep our standards high and our customers happy.
Would you excel in this position?Here's what you need:
- 3+ years of HVAC installation experience (5 years preferred, including residential and commercial)
- Ability to install HVAC systems and ductwork
- Strong skills in pipe joining and component assembly
- Strong collaboration and teamwork abilities
- Proficiency in problem-solving and critical thinking
- Adaptability to different job challenges
With over 50 years of combined experience, our team can fix any make or model of air conditioner, including both single-unit and split heating and cooling systems. Every service technician has at least 4 years of experience, with most having 8 or more, ensuring our customers receive expert care.
