HVAC Technician

Integrity Refrigeration and AC in Winter Haven, FL is seeking a full-time HVAC Technician to join our expanding team. Each day, you'll begin each day prepared to make a difference for homeowners throughout the community. Traveling in a company-provided service vehicle, you'll perform installations, maintenance services, inspections, diagnostics, and repairs while ensuring HVAC systems operate at peak performance. You'll investigate issues, identify effective solutions, educate customers on their options, prepare estimates, and recommend upgrades when appropriate. • 3+ years of residential HVAC experience
• EPA Certification (Type I and II or Universal)
• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems
• Understanding of electrical wiring and refrigerant handling
• Mechanical aptitude using hand tools, power tools, and specialized equipment
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Ability to work in various weather conditions and confined spaces

Candidates with refrigeration system experience and additional HVAC certifications or training will stand out.

This position is full-time, working primarily Monday through Friday with flexible hours. Team members may occasionally work weekends or participate in on-call rotations as business demands require.
