Job Summary:
We are seeking an Automotive Technician to join our successful Grease Monkey Fast Lube Service Center.
As an Automotive Technician, you will diagnose and service vehicles. You should be comfortable using the service center's computer software and possess extensive knowledge of vehicle systems.
If you have a "never give up" attitude and are willing to problem-solve until you find the best solution for the customer, we want to hear from you.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in establishing service center procedures for tracking repair status, maintaining technical documentation, and other protocols.
- Perform routine vehicle maintenance such as tire rotations, oil changes, and brake pad replacements.
- Conduct comprehensive vehicle inspections of all systems, including engine, transmission, and brakes.
- Ensure high customer satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
- Communicate necessary vehicle repair information clearly to customers.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Associate degree or completion of an automotive service technician training program preferred.
- ASE or SAE certification preferred.
- Strong customer service and communication skills required.
