Base Pay Range

$80,000.00/yr – $/yr

Our services have helped doctors increase their practice profitability, increase revenue by 30% within 90 days, drive their vision forward, and support them as the CEO of their business. We work with doctors on business and leadership coaching while also working to elevate the entire team with team training.

We're looking for a results‑driven Account Executive who thrives on closing new business and building trusting relationships with new clients.

What You'll Do
  • Full-cycle responsibility from first call to close. Calls are primarily completed via video call.
  • Manage and convert warm inbound leads while prospecting new opportunities.
  • Run strategy calls with prospective clients to understand their pain points and their successful path forward with Dental A Team.
  • Attend external events to build professional relationships that will drive leads (monthly travel to dental events).

    • Outbound prospecting to qualified practice owners
  • Growth Path:
    • High performers will have opportunities to advance into Sales leadership roles as the team grows.
Who You Are
  • 3+ years of B2B sales experience (dental, medical, professional services)
  • Proven track record hitting or exceeding targets
  • Confident in consultative sales approach
  • Self‑motivated, problem solver and hungry to grow
  • Candidates must live in AZ/FL//NV/TX/UT
