Construction Superintendent – Florida
We are a $900M+ National Commercial General Contractor based in Fort Myers, with offices throughout the East Coast. We build light industrial, self‑storage, municipal, large retail, multi‑family, and healthcare projects across Florida. We’re looking for a Construction Superintendent with ground‑up commercial experience to lead projects in the state.
Salary and BenefitsBase Salary: $125,000–$155,000 per year.

Qualifications:
- BS/MS in Construction or a related field
- 5+ years of construction field supervision experience
- Experience on complex commercial or government projects
- Willingness to travel within Florida occasionally
Key Responsibilities: Lead project teams, oversee construction schedules, manage budgets, maintain safety and quality standards, coordinate with stakeholders, and ensure project completion on time.
