This is a full‑time, on‑site role for a Real Estate Photographer & Videographer based in Winter Park, FL. The individual will be responsible for capturing high‑quality photographs and videos of properties, including interior, exterior, and aerial shots. Duties include editing photos and videos, ensuring consistent and visually appealing content, and maintaining photography and videography equipment. The individual will coordinate with team members to meet deadlines and align projects with clients' branding and marketing strategies.

• Capture high‑quality photographs and videos of interior, exterior, and aerial property shots.
• Edit photos and videos to ensure visually appealing, consistent content.
• Maintain and troubleshoot photography and videography equipment.
• Coordinate with team members to meet project deadlines and ensure alignment with client branding and marketing strategies.

• Photography, videography, and photo/video editing skills with experience in using digital cameras, drones, and editing software.
• Proficiency in composition, lighting, and capturing visually appealing content, especially for real estate.
• Strong project management, attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.
• Familiarity with branding, marketing content creation, and storytelling for real estate promotional materials.
• Ability to communicate and collaborate effectively with a team and clients.
• Experience with real estate photography/videography is a plus.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing schedules and travel to property locations.
• A portfolio showcasing photography and videography work is required for consideration.
