Our two-lane Service Drive accommodates 120–160 appointments daily, making this position essential to our success.

• Customer Engagement:
  Greet customers promptly and professionally.
• Vehicle Walk-Around:
  Conduct thorough inspections and accurately document customer concerns to ensure proper diagnostics by certified technicians.
• Communication:
  Keep customers informed about service requirements, costs, and completion timelines.
• Prioritization:
  Manage tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment, responding promptly to customer needs.

• Experience:
  
  Minimum 1 year as an Automotive Service Advisor, Assistant Lane Manager, or Service Consultant.
• Software Proficiency:
  Tekion experience preferred.
• Professional Qualities:
  Demonstrates integrity, high energy, and a proven track record of exceptional customer satisfaction.
