Location: Lexus of Orlando & Lexus of Winter Park

Status: Full-Time

As a Loaner Car Agent
, you will play a vital role in creating a smooth and welcoming guest experience. You’ll assist with loaner vehicle coordination, ensure accurate record-keeping, and help maintain an efficient and guest-focused service operation.

• Warmly greet guests as they arrive at the Loaner Car office
• Assist with check-in/check-out procedures and loaner vehicle paperwork
• Accurately enter and update guest data in the Loaner Car Database
• Ensure vehicles are clean, presentable, and ready for guest use
• Communicate clearly with service advisors, valet staff, and management
• Perform active, on-your-feet tasks including walking, standing, and occasional running

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Must possess a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Energetic and professional appearance with a guest-first mindset
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and data-entry proficiency
• Previous experience in customer service or automotive roles is a plus
