We are seeking a dental assistant to join our clinical team in Lakeland. This role is focused on delivering exceptional patient care and supporting smooth office operations in a collaborative, team-based environment. Its a great opportunity to grow your skills while making a meaningful impact on patient experiences.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare treatment rooms and assist patients with comfort and care
- Support dentists during procedures (instrument sterilization, suctioning, passing instruments)
- Mix and place dental materials, assist with radiographs, and maintain patient records
- Educate patients on oral hygiene and postoperative care
- Uphold infection‑control and safety protocols
- Contribute to team success and office efficiency
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- CPR certification required
- 1 year experience for specialty DA
- Completion of an accredited dental assistant program
- Radiography Certification
