Residential CAD Project Manager

We are seeking a Residential CAD Project Manager for our client that is a dynamic and growing design and construction management firm serving both residential and commercial sectors. They provide comprehensive services—from conceptual design through construction management—both in-house and through a strong network of industry professionals. Their projects range from custom homes and additions to restaurant and retail build-outs.

This position, Residential CAD Project Manager, is 100% in-office and not eligible for remote or hybrid work arrangements

• Lead the design process for commercial and residential projects—from early concepts through to permit-ready construction documents.
• Manage your own client projects, timelines, and quality standards.
• Coordinate with engineers, drafters, and administrative staff.
• Research materials, codes, and regulations to ensure full compliance.
• Maintain and refine CAD files and structural drawings for use in ongoing design.
• Independently create and refine standard details as needed.
• Help improve systems and processes as the company grows—your voice matters here.

• Mandatory: 3+ years of hands-on AutoCAD experience in architecture, drafting, or design
• Solid grasp of construction techniques, materials, and building code standards
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat
• Strong communication and organization skills
• Bachelor s degree in Architecture, Design, or related field (preferred)
• Valid driver s license and dependable transportation (required daily)

• Bilingual (a plus, but not required)
• Experience in both residential and commercial projects
