Compensation & Structure: $25K sign-on bonus and equity eligibility after 6 months, based on performance. Overview:

We are currently seeking a MD/DO Medical Director/Principal Investigator (PI) to oversee and conduct clinical trials across our network of premier research sites. This is an exceptional opportunity for an experienced physician who is passionate about research and wants to play a pivotal role in shaping the future of medicine.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as Principal Investigator on multiple clinical trials across various therapeutic areas.
• Ensure compliance with GCP, FDA regulations, and study protocols.
• Supervise and collaborate with study staff, sub-investigators, and coordinators.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with study requirements.
• Actively participate in sponsor and CRO meetings, audits, and site visits.
• Contribute to study feasibility, site selection, and patient recruitment strategy.
• Expected to play an active leadership role in mentoring staff, guiding clinical execution, and supporting patient safety oversight.

Qualifications

• MD or DO with an active, unrestricted medical license in Florida
• Board Certification not required, prefer Internal Medicine or Family Medicine
• Must have 5 years of clinical research experience or Principal Investigator experience
