We specialize in engineered AV & lighting control solutions that transform spaces to live, work, and play. We work with a broad range of industry-leading technology, but our core expertise includes:

  • Lighting Control Systems:
    Lutron Quantum, Athena, myRoom, Pharos, and more
  • AV:
    Crestron, Extron, Q-Sys, Biamp, and other top-tier platforms
Responsibilities
  • Design and engineer AV or lighting control systems that deliver exceptional performance, efficiency, and longevity.
  • Collaborate with sales, project managers, and clients to develop fully customized solutions that fit high-end commercial needs.
  • Provide technical guidance to installation teams, ensuring your designs translate into a fully realized system.
  • Stay ahead of industry advancements, working with cutting-edge AV and lighting technologies to continuously elevate our solutions.
Qualifications Must-Have Skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects without sacrificing attention to detail
  • Strong communication skills. You value clear, cross-departmental, and external communication.
Non-entry Level Engineering Roles
  • At least 3-5 years' experience, and a deep understanding in either AV or lighting control system design. You know how to design systems that are scalable, reliable, and easy to maintain.
  • Experience with Crestron, Extron, Q-Sys, Biamp, Lutron, or any similar platforms for AV or lighting controls
Entry-level / Associate Engineering Roles
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, Audio Engineering, or similar field of study, or, 1-2 years of experience in developing solutions for AV, lighting, or related industries
Nice-to-Have (but Not Required)
  • Industry certifications like CTS/I/D, Crestron, Q-Sys Level 1 or 2, Biamp, Lutron, etc.
