• Assist with managing and maintaining Microsoft Exchange, SQL Server, and Windows Server environments in an on-premises configuration.
• Monitor system performance, backups, patching, and data security.
• Support and troubleshoot networking, firewall, and VPN configurations.
• Implement and maintain cybersecurity protocols and disaster recovery plans.
• Manage user accounts, permissions, and licensing.
• Coordinate with leadership and external vendors to ensure reliable IT operations across all offices.
• Evaluate emerging technologies to enhance system reliability, scalability, and security.

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 5+ years of IT administration experience, preferably in a professional services or engineering environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Exchange, SQL Server, and Windows Server administration.
• Microsoft certifications such as MCSA, MCSE, or Microsoft 365 Certified Administrator are strongly preferred.

• Familiarity with engineering and GIS applications (Bentley Open Roads Designer, Civil 3D, ArcGIS, QGIS).
• Familiarity with Python and R for coding applications.
